Reignite Your Life With this Inspiring Course
Part 1 - Start Each Morning with Wisdom
We will present the following question as the foundation of this talk: “What is the key sentence and what is the first word that we can say when we wake up in the morning , when:  our consciousness returns to us, and  we make a choice, in order to help us define ourselves?”
Part 2 - Energize Your Body
We will learn about the two nervous systems in our body, systems which set us in motion and help us recover from extreme tension. In a way, these systems are comparable to the feeling of love and closeness versus the feeling of detachedness and distance.
Part 3 - Transform Your Emotions
In this part, we will learn about feelings that prevent us from living happy, comfortable lives; feelings such as guilt, worrying, anxiety and fear. We will understand what these feelings mean and ask the question – how can we break the cycle that depletes our energy? Do you have the courage to introspect and identify how we can deal with our anxiety? Fears? Etc.
Part 4 - Discover Opportunity
We will learn a simple, easy exercise that can be done at any place and at any time; a cognitive exercise that is able to “expel” harsh feelings of guilt, worrying, anxiety, fear, and more.
Part 5 - Choose Happiness
Summary of the lesson: Everything depends on the “point of origin” that I choose to live my life. This will help me choose the word and the sentence that will define my daily routine. It can be choosing the good [and it is recommended]. We will conclude with the words/sentence that are the best to say to start the day.
